Era una excelente aplicación dónde siempre ponían todo el catálogo nuevo y desde hace 2 o 3 colecciones atrás no la actualizan. Sólo cambian la carátula pero no ponen los artículos nuevos para verlos y saber los precios! Deben darle más mantenimiento a la app!
Features Don’t Work

I am an avid Pandora collector. In order to assist with knowing what charms I have, I would like to use the “My Jewlery” feature however whenever I click on the option, I am routed to the Pandora Club tab. The Pandora Club tab doesn’t have the “My Jewlery” feature and I haven’t found it on the website either. Can this be fixed?
Erased my wish list with this new update

Not only is this app very buggy, it CONSTANTLY erases my lists AND it won’t let me log into an account I have had for two years already and now I have to make a new pandora account. This app is worthless! I wish I could rate it zero stars.

For a long time I had my whole collection and my wishlist on there. Now it’s gone, and the app was super annoying to use, so I’m not redoing it all.

I have been emailing for years, but they refuse to fix this “app”. It’s fine for browsing “some” of their jewelry. However, if you have lots of stuff you want to keep track of, this app is useless! Every time you open the app, it has been “updated” and wants you to update. Even if you updated the app five minutes ago! You also have to log in EVERY time you want to use the club “function”, even if you check the “Remember Me” box. The Pandora website isn’t much better, and, in fact, is getting worse! Like I said, I have been emailing for years, with no response. I would have to conclude that Pandora is only in it for the money, and could care less about customer satisfaction. It is very sad. With all the money they are taking in, you would think they would choose to hire some actual I.T. professionals. I guess they are satisfied with their second grade class project. PANDORA’S APP & WEBSITE ARE JUST PLAIN BAD!!!

This is literally the only time I’ve ever written a review for an app. This app is garbage. Whenever I save my favorites I come back to the app and they disappear and I have to go through the whole app to find them again

Too bad this app doesn’t match the quality of the jewelry. I guess that’s more important but this is terrible. Can’t save anything, freezes, random “updates” that go blank. Get it together. Waste of marketing money $$ for your company.

Is anyone even reading these reviews?! Please shut this app down and fix it! Search needs an update. Lists need to be saved. When you click on one charm that has many options, those should be below perhaps, instead of endlessly scrolling to find he other variations.
