Teacher support IN ENGLISH NEEDED!!

I’ve been a teacher on PF for several months and have run into an access problem: I cannot log into the system. Like many PF teachers, I do not know Chinese. I have found no clear (English) instructions on how to contact support to ask questions. No link, no email nothing. Teacher support is essential to every successful school. Please let me help my students by helping me!

I’m trying to sign up. I keep having to click resend to get verification code and it doesn’t send. I tried deleting app and downloading again and it still doesn’t work... does it need to be 11 or ten digit phone number ??

I’ve been teaching with the PalFish official kids course for 3 months and I love it! They pay on time and there is ample opportunity not make bonuses and increase your pay from month to month. The lessons are fun and the students are great!

I see someone reviewed this app and I can see they’re probably just mad. I’ve made $400 in a week, working maybe 2-3 hours a day. You can easily make bonuses. You are comped for cancelled classes, and if there’s a no show, you still get paid the full amount. The children are amazing beings and very smart. I’ve never seen someone talked to wrong. No one asks me wrong questions or anything. I love this app and the people it comes with

I love the kids they’re so eager to learn! Palfish provides the lessons for you so it’s super easy. I live in Istanbul so the money I make is enough to provide a pretty nice lifestyle for me! If you’re looking to make extra cash I say this is a pretty best app for any native English speaker to benefit from.
