I’ve been a teacher on PF for several months and have run into an access problem: I cannot log into the system. Like many PF teachers, I do not know Chinese. I have found no clear (English) instructions on how to contact support to ask questions. No link, no email nothing. Teacher support is essential to every successful school. Please let me help my students by helping me!

I really enjoyed working for PalFish, but I recently had to stop working for them. When it came to giving me payment for my work I still haven’t received any compensation and no one will respond to my messages. I wish I could leave a better review because I loved the kids and the slides but the customer support for teachers is really lacking.

Best yet out there! ❤️❤️love PalFish. Students are able to choose the teacher that THEY want and teachers can market themselves and show parents and students their teaching methods or personalities through lives and moments.

I love PalFish I have read reviews and I have met some one who works with PalFish and so far it’s great I just finished all the initial info and sound test now waiting for verification if everything pans out like i believe it will and there as good as a company as I have been lead to believe it is than I will update and give 5 stars!

I wanted to write this review because I don’t feel like many teachers are upfront or honest about using the Palfish app. I know everyone’s experience is different. This is mine. I wanted to sign up for Palfish because I heard nothing but great things about them. I heard the community was good, the students were good, and the money was good. So I was all in. I downloaded the app, and the first thing I noticed was how confusing it is to navigate. It would definitely make sense for a Chinese person, but an American not so much. Next, after I submitted my basic information it says basic information passed. But then I started receiving messages from Palfish admins (that were so clearly not written by anyone who speaks English) telling me I needed to change some things about my basic information. I reached out to them on several occasions and said that I was unable to do so, that the system would not let me. And instead of responding to me, I just got another random message from another admin who wasn’t helping me telling me I needed two years of teaching experience and to have a nice day. I then explained that I had more than two years of experience teaching and that’s not even the original reason my account didn’t pass verification in the first place. Never got a response. Long story short. You get one shot to apply. The won’t help you if you have questions. And their English? Terrible. They cannot type or communicate effectively in English in any way, shape, or form. Which is disappointing. I mean, why wouldn’t you want to help a potential teacher join your platform which would in return bring you more money? Why wouldn’t you want to make your app the best it can be so that it can succeed? Palfish just doesn’t care.
