Most of the ads are not accurate. I've encountered two attempted scams. BE CAREFUL.
The filters are great

The filters are great, they seem accurate. The difficulty I have had so far is when I favorite a spot it doesn't always turn the pin green immediately after and make searching on my phone difficult. But with a map of an area as large as I am searching it should be expected to be harder on a phone. Overall it's going well for now...

The app is buggy. You can't post a place from the iPhone app. Fix it!

Love love love this app. I wish the listing were more up to date but it's a great way to find apartments at great prices. You may call more places but it's always been worth it for me.
