After Apple kind of ruined the iPad keyboard on iOS11, the is a great keyboard to replace it for general purpose use. It will take some time to learn the new layout, but most of the choices make sense. I docked it one star due to a small complaint. The best keyboard is one without distractions, but this one has an annoying one—whenever the keyboard appears, the space bar has the name of the app for a second which then fades out. It becomes more annoying if you're jumping from field to field in a form. The keyboard doesn't go away, but the text in the space bar keeps reappearing with each jump.

This is just what I wanted/needed for my iPad. Thank you for creating it. I only wish there was something like this for my iPhone now -- I don't know how it could be made. I do NOT want a swipe keyboard!! Your product is TERRIFFIC. I am surprised there are not more reviews. I hope people use it and realize how GREAT it is. Thanks, again.

This app is still evolving and new enhancements will be forthcoming. I raised some issues that I had with this app and the technical support was outstanding, I did partially resolve my difficulties. I expect new versions to fully meet my requirements. As of now, I switch between Gboard and PadKeys for my write-ups. Very good app overall.

Frequently fails to capitalize "i" as you can see here. Many more spelling errors. Line Widths slop over magins and force user manually insert Line breaks. Please fix ASAP. Sorry, buyers should know that PadKeys is a D I Y product when it come to spelling... As for line width errors, i never had such problems until i started using PadKeys.

I really needed to have a tab key to use with Simplenote (a note taking app) so I went searching in the app store and found PadKeys. Now I not only have my long sought tab key, but O have arrows to move the cursor and SO much more! I absolutely love PadKeys and am so glad it now works with the iPhones.

There is no way to know if your caps are on or not. The keyboard always displays caps.

These three great features: tab key, left/right cursor move, forward delete, alone make it worth the cost! Very responsive to questions AND suggestions.
