Why hasn’t this app been updated to modern Apple ui guidelines?

This app doesn’t even remotely conform to Apple ui guidelines. Why is this even allowed in the App Store? It’s not optimized for modern retina displays, it displays horribly on the large iPad screens, is almost useless on the newer iPhones, and don’t get me started on its actual use ability once you actually get into the app. Are there actual app developers that take time to work on this or just someone’s kids that slapped this together and hoped no one noticed?

can't even answer the first question on my assessment for chapter one and i have to 3 of them tn getting my license while on vacation and two tomorrow, horrible

Don’t even bother using this app, find any type of laptop or computer. This is the most poorly designed app I’ve ever used I’m taking my final exam and I can even answer the questions without it zooming in and out and simply not working. If you rotate your devices while reading or watching a video it completely restarts and you can’t go back to your place in the video. COMPLETE AND TOTAL GARBAGE.
Worked fine for me, and it got me on the way to open water certification

I was extremely hesitant to use this app with the negative reviews, but didn't have much of a choice since I don't have access to a desktop PC to take the course. I'm glad to report that it worked just fine for me using booth my iPhone and primarily my iPad. The layout of the material did take some getting used to initially, but it wasn't that hard to navigate. I definitely think they could tweak the layout to be more intuitive, but I wouldn't call this app unusable. Resizing text was frustrating at times as it scales oddly and requires some fidgeting to get it right. I agree with others that submitting results is a little wonky, but I never had any issues with results not posting. For each test submitted I received an email shortly thereafter confirming the results were logged.

Very clunky and frustrating. During quizzes if rotate phone it takes you to the beginning of quiz w/o being able to advance where left off. Reason I’m rotating is not all question pages line up on current screen orientation. Also, while on app, it doesn’t save where you left off in reading. Have to start from beginning and page your way through. Further, scrolling down or up through reading pages is frustrating as it freezes and or takes several (over 5) attempts to scroll to next or previous page. Im operating the most current download on an iPhone 10x. ?

Im using this on my iPad and it works just fine. All the negative reviews(as far as i have seen) are from a year or two ago. By now, i dont have any issues mentioned. As far as im concerned, i t w o r k s
Quiz results won’t submit

Error runs when trying to submit quizzes. And generally buggy. Very poor app. Please fix asap.
