Makes life easy! As a millennial, i can tell you the app makes payment super easy! It’s convenient, easy to use! I may be a millennial, but I pay my own bills and this app makes it super easy to make the payments on time!

three things to know. 1. you might have to do initial setup with phone help from pacific power 2. pp doesnt store your info (which is good, its more secure) so you need to enter it each time you make a payment 3. they use an odd way of entering a card expiration date. basically it calls up a small calendar to tap tap tap tap about 30 times till you reach the month and year. (why not just let us type it in like everyone else does?) once you get make your account tho, and figure out the little things re paying, its fine. and pp (pacific power) is very friendly and responsive, you can even call or chat with them in facebook messenger if you prefer.

But the link in the email was not there. Seems great but if you can activate it's of no use.

This app seems to be nothing more than a bill paying app and I can do that just as easily with my browser. I had hoped to find electrical usage data to help analyze our solar production (4.9kwh system) but if it's there, I can't find it. Pretty useless.
