It won’t work. It used to but now it’s giving me an error to connect to a network when I already am. Unacceptable...

Was fantastic, paid $.99 to turn off ads, and was winning new mazes everyday, but now won’t connect online! Either their server is having problems or they decided that even though I paid $.99, I’ve won too much free stuff so they’ve cut me off and the server will never work again. A REAL SHAME, because up to now this was the most amazing incarnation of pac man I’d ever seen.

I haven’t been able to play since last night. Most of the time it won’t even load the start screen and when it does it looks like all my progress and tokens are gone. When is this going to be fixed...? Also, I don’t like how you have to get an insanely high score to unlock the elite tournament. And if I don’t ever have access to play the elite tournament, then why do I get elite tournament goals to complete? I have goals that have been in my list for months because they are for the elite tournament that I never get to play. Now the only goal I can acquire tokens for is the daily timed one... However, with the latest bug I can’t play the game at all... ☹️

Played this game like crazy for awhile! Upgraded to an iPhone 7 and it no longer loads ?? I’m dying lol please help

Tried to contact customer service, but their help form requires details I can’t access, because, again, it won’t load. Just cycles and then says it needs an update and requires connectivity—but the WiFi’s strong. Frustrated!

i paid for the adds to be gone and love the game, but i haven't been able to connect for a couple days now. game worked perfect before that, and i've changed nothing about my device functionality (iphone SE) or service. perhaps it's a problem on your end? otherwise awesome game. ive cleared over half the mazes. would really like to get back to it. please help.

I didn't have high expectations for a simple pac-man app, and I open this up I think to myself "hey that's a cool pac-man custom level editor" and then i see oh look it's the classic pac-man which i downloaded the app for! but you actually have to spend in game currency earned by playing custom levels, which are to be fair not a pain to collect, or pay four dollars to proceed to the next level even if you haven't lost a single life. look, i downloaded a pac man app, and your saying i cant play pac man
