Not so great anymore

Tis app used to be my favorite. I was an David Purple supporter for a long time, but now I can't make phone calls from my app anymore since the call button doesn't work. Frustrating! Time to start looking at more reliable VRS apps. You lost a faithful customer, Purple!

It's okay but often "call" button is not working. Do not get smart vp, because it give the worse video quality! Purple made a bad decision to pick the wrong device with poor design. Go with Sorensen n-touch or Z or convo for now until purple find a better device and also need to improve p3 software on iPhone. Low rating as for now
import and export contact list

it lacks the importing and exporting contact lists in vcf or csv i could not import contact list from svrs or zvrs
Bad screen or bad app!

There is problem with iPhone 5 or iPhone 5s our screen video. If can not resolve the technical problem then I will switch different service. It's been 4 weeks now.
New Number required again

I already have my purple number for a few years now. Everyone including my work, doctors, and my family has my purple number. Until now, im asked by Purple 3 to register a new number again in order to use IP relay on iphone. Why again? I will not change or add a new number. It is a hassle for everyone. I prefer to use IP Relay on iphone when im in the parking lot or outside the building especially in the low dim light or dark area because VP relay operators cannot see me in the LOW DIM light or DARK while in the parking lot or my car battery dies or when trying to call the hospital for emergency or AAA. Please advice. Thanks!
