Best VRS App Hands Down!

• Best VRS interpreters in the industry - ASL skills, personable with the caller, professional, friendly, helpful, and the list goes on. • The GUI of the app is very modern and appealing. • Easy to navigate • Block unwanted callers feature • Voice Carry Over (VCO) feature for hard-of-hearing or oral users to take full control of voicing their conversations • Ability to select phone number from the mobile device contact list • Toggle between Light and Dark theme as preferred • Ability to login two Videophone number/accounts onto one app which is great when I have both a personal VP number and work VP number. I can get calls to both numbers at the same time • It has a Number Lookup Google Search ability straight from the app • Missed calls are able to leave a video message for me to view when I’m available • They have Spanish VI (Virtual Interpreters) for those who need to communicate in Spanish • #AlwaysOn - guaranteed notification for incoming calls I’ve tried out several other VRS providers on and off, but stayed loyal to Purple for many years. They never cease to disappoint me with their service, products, and quality.

NEED FIX UPDATE ON IOS 10.1.1 ANYWHERE USING A WI-FI OR A CELLULAR DATA CONNECTION PLEASE. I DID CALLING MY FRIEND AS NOT WORKING, MY FRIEND TRY CALLING ME ON MY IPAD PRO 12.9 AND IPHONE TOO STILL NOT WORKING. WHAT'S GOING ON. FIX IT ON UPDATE PLEASE. ?

Whenever I call and an interpreter's video gets froze after 2-5 minutes and I had to reboot this app and it still gets freeze so I hope you guys can fix it!

Since I have learned that Z5 app has a issues with not receiving the call thru wifi or data. I was recommended by ZVRS sale Rep to try this app. So that I could received and make a call which is NOT BAD at the starter. I don't see any issues so far and praying that this will continue with out any issues.

I had a great experience with my Purple since in 2008 and change a lots of a better improvement for VRS user . I think I love purple ??? because the Relay service is mostly friendly ????

I love Purple and it worked perfect before this new update! Love the new look. this update, I tried to use the search, tried to call, and tried to open purple but it kept crashing and shut down. Please fix soon!! I can't make any calls ! Thank you. Keep up the good work!! Such a lifesaver for the deaf community !

Since the last three poor updates of this purple 3 software or program, it’s been horribly nothing. The program needs to improve picking up answers when deaf purple 3 customers make a dial and have to wait longer than 30 seconds to 1 minute. And how the heck does it make customers to get too many unknown and ads numbers as incoming calls. Plus. Please customer tech answer quicker than waiting longer 1 minutes


App continually crashes

Purple knew of a bug that causes their app to continually crash and didn’t notify us by email of the workaround. What the? The workaround is to enable to microphone in privacy settings. Disgusting poor customer service.
