I love this game, my favorite of all my games. But since the latest update, it keeps crashing and it won’t let me go to Customer Support in the app. Also, when I’m using my ear phones and talking with someone on the phone, I can hear the background effects of rain, lightening, and thunder even though I turned the sound off. Please fix!!

I’ve enjoyed playing the game for several months, it had a few problems: matching in the arena (needing additional levels in the arena for matching). The latest update has made companions weaker (some of us spent cash getting our companions strong and now that money was wasted), it’s also constantly crashing and the work around is to delete and reinstall? Very frustrating.

Good game but like every other in app purchase game, people who are dumb enuf to spend money have the upper edge most of the time. Also, the rewards for gold and star chests are a joke, you RARELY receive last half a dozen characters in ally section, I can understand wood and silver chests but gold and star chests, u may as well forget it, all the odds are rigged like most others, buyers have the advantage and it’s not fair at all.

Do not update this game. I did the update 2 days ago and now I can’t play the game anymore. Every time I try to start up the game it stops loading and a screen pops up saying there is a new update for the game. Can’t close the screen or get around it in any way. If I press the “update” it opens up the AppStore where it says I already updated the game so I press the “open” button and the game starts to load and 2 seconds later the same update screen pops back up. I’ve spent hundreds on this game and now I can’t even play anymore. What a rip-off!!!!!

Hello, I have an issue with the recent update. The game froze twice and i had to uninstall the game and reinstall to get it fixed. Restarting the app wouldn’t be enough when it froze on both occasions. I never faced this problem before, so i think it might be due to the recent update. I am using an iPhone 7 plus. There is another problem that I’ve been facing for a while as well. Whenever i want to send feedback i get the error message “message send failure. Please check your network connection and try again” I tried posting this in the app but it didnt work. Thanks

Installed newest update & now game just closes every time try to open it. Uninstalled & reinstalled & lost whole level n several abilities. Going to delete permanently.

Crashes when I try to start.

I have two iPads that this games crashes on. An iPad Air 2 and an iPad Pro. The only way to get it to work is to uninstall it and reinstall. It will work for a few days and then start crashing again. It looks like it will start and then it just goes back the the home screen. Otherwise it has been fun.

After the last update I can’t even log in, it’s been almost a week and no update, unless they release a fix soon don’t even bother downloading
