Questing crashes

I love playing this game, but I can't progress in quest mode, every time I open a city it crashes.

A good game overall, but I’m concerned about what seems to be a bug that has you “randomly” matched up against the same player multiple times in a row, especially if it’s a higher-level player you’ve just beaten. It almost seems like the matching algorithm tries to give that other guy a chance to get back at you....

Enjoying it so far, I may have to drop some money into their wallets on one of the purchase packs. Don't mind when it's a good fun game and this one is. UPDATE: I have been playing this everyday for a very long time now, have sunk more money into it than I would ever admit to as a 48 yr old man. I am fortunate to be in the #1 worldwide ranked guild SPAGA! Loving this game!

They messed everything up.

The new update made all of my characters weak. I was at max level for awhile and now everything with their stats were lowered. Even attacks which were maxed out wasn’t converted over with the new update. How does a attack that was originally 700 go down to 450?

I have been rather obsessive about this game since I downloaded it. Haven’t had any issues at all until today. There was an update, and now the game will not load at all. Is anyone else having this problem?

There is no way you can contact customer service like you used to when this game first came out and it was presented in a keynote by Apple a couple of years ago. I am so disgusted how they now make you download a third party app to contact them on. And even then you can contact them directly, just sickening and total customer fail. If I could give it 0 stars I would. But I gave it at least one since it is fun to play! And by the way, the update you just sent has a bug!!! Thanks for making it even worse now. :(

Latest update freezes the game

So the game updated today. I play this game everyday and after today’s update I can’t get the game to load! I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still nothing! I’m going to be so mad if I miss out on my daily bonus because I’m 2 days away from 2000 emeralds! Normally I love everything about this game... except for the fact that Jack is ridiculously skewed in the arena in his favor. His skills are so far out of balance compared with the rest of the characters it’s ridiculous! If they don’t get this update fixed it will be the final straw for me.

I love this game, but the latest update crashes upon opening. I’ve tried updating my iOS but it still crashes. I’m using iPad four retina display. It works on my iPhone 8 though. Also, on iPhone 8 the arena has stopped working.

Great but unplayable

This game was truly designed for the iPhone 7 and 7+, (which I have), I love the haptic feedback when in battle, however, the app has periodic crashes and well, as of writing this review, I can’t open the app because it would keep crashing after 5 seconds, I’ve killed the app several times and even rebooted my iPhone 7+, however, it will still not open, please fix this.
