Horrible customer service. The app has a chat feature, but when trying to chat with their representative, they ignore your questions and ends the chat. Booked a room and received confirmation, but when I showed up, they said it was full. Horrible.
Hotel Ratings are fudged - beware

I stayed at a hotel whose rating was 4.8 - it turned out to be a pretty bad hotel. After my stay before I could rate the hotel I received an email that said - thanks for rating the hotel 5 star. I don’t think the hotel ratings you see on OYO are from real customers
Trashy hotels at cheap prices

Hot water didn’t work in my room in Hyderabad. Linens are completely worn out. And towels are probably picked up from trash can of a three star hotel. They are not even close to being off white

Full of Bugs

I'm using iPhone 7 with ios 10.3.3 1.There haven't any option for save password for future login while the desktop version ask for password for login. 2.I couldn't be able to enter OTP while changing mobile, because the OTP field are not editable text field. Please update with those bug fixed. Thanks.
Worst app

Had the worst experience. Prebooked and within minutes I cancelled because when I called hotel they said that can’t pre-pone the check in timing. And they charge 50% of money for that, totally around 7000rs. This is absolute fraudulent.
