Never received OTP

Something went wrong..

Tried registering via portal and got redirected to app. App says its must to register so give phone no to get OTP. Now selected country as US and clicked send OTP -- and got "something went wrong" . Bad start so need to think if it can be trusted?

Ever since Oyo came in travel stay has become exciting effective and economical. I don't feel like Traveling to cities where Oyo doesn't operate. Each time you add more cities, I periphery gets extended. Long live OyO

Tried to book premium room through app 2 days in advance and kept getting mesaage - there is something wrong and transaction can't be processed this time. However in 10 mins got a call from my bank whether I used my debit card and subsequently card was charged for the room rate, yet havent seen any booking in 'my booking' in the app, besides those error messages. Called customer care and the fellow said room is booked for today's date!!! No kidding.. I requested to change the date, which he couldent and ask me to cancel original booking and rebook through app again and assured me of full refund. Eventually i can see the booking in 'my booking' and cancelled it as advised, yet didnt get any confirmation of refund or anything. Called customer care again and another guy mentioned they have mot received any payment from me and booking is unprocessed. What?!?!? When i mentioned of my previous call and asked him to check again, he tells me there are 2 unprocessed bookings and 1 cancelled booking.. God knows how all these bookings got created, i guess thats where i was getting error message from the app, while on the back it was creating bookings. I asked about refund status and he said there are no refund as per policy and he can only help me procees the payment for unprocessed ones. I asked to transfer me to his supervisor, as he may not have authority to resolve my issue.. He refused to transfer.. When i asked repeatedly he put me on hold for few minutes and later asked me if he was audible about 6-8 times to which i kept saying yes and he pretended as he didnt hear anything and finally cut the call.. I called customer care again, talked to another guy, Vipin (this time i was careful to ask name) and asked to talk to his supervisor about rude behavior from one of his colleague beside pending issue of booking.. Again after hold for 10 mins, he said supervisor is busy and they will call me back.. Never heard from anyone from oyo ever again.. lost full booking charges and wasted couple hours.. Bad app, worse service.. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHAMELESS LOOTERS.. save yourself time and money..
