Nope I’m moving on to a different app. I used this with my first pregnancy two years ago, and they referred to women in the kindest manner. They had the section what’s up with mom and talked about how pregnant women feel weekly. Now it talks about you and pregnant folks! Pregnancy can be difficult and come with months of nausea and depression. This app WAS the bright side of my pregnancy every week with its wonderful descriptions of baby and mama. Apparently now women don’t exist to them. I’m not okay with this you should download what to expect instead.

This is THE best pregnancy app! Love the calendar and how it shows me what weeks I’ll be in, makes making appointments so much easier! Love it!

I think it’s offensive and irrelevant that an app is *requiring* your pre-pregnancy weight, also full birthdate seems unnecessary for an app.

I have used this app for two pregnancies now. I loved its simplicity the first time around which is why I chose it for a second time. However, I am very annoyed by the constant use of gender neutral language. Reading about my baby as a “they” even though I’ve indicated his sex and coming across phrases such as “pregnant folks” is demeaning to women. Men are men and women are women. Frankly, it downgrades women when phrases and language like that are used. Women have this awesome ability to grow and produce another human being! Let’s empower women by actually calling them by what they are and giving credit to who they are: women. Females. End of story.

So far this app has been helpful for recording general information, however i think there are a few features they could improve on. - It would be great if this app was better integrated for the iPad. I would love to be able to read articles and what not on the bigger screen at night but the layout is so awkward that i find myself going to other sites/apps. - For the nutritional log i wish i could actually track my micros/macros and not just my “servings”. I have no idea how to properly convert to that and I feel like it does not provide a well rounded picture considering the importance of nutrition during pregnancy. I also wish I could enter the specific prenatal vitamin that i am taking so those values can be taken into consideration with my nutrition. - Lastly, I was hoping that it would be able to talk to my Apple Watch in terms of tracking and recording steps/ workouts ect. Something I do like is the Unique/Cute animal size comparisons. We got an absolute kick out of the fact that at 4 weeks it was the size of a water bear. ? Overall I will keep using it, but i do feel like i need to supplement with other apps.

I love this app it was only the bombardment of postpartum depression articles and facts that has sent me here to review. Information on the topic is very necessary but i got new info every day, which was overwhelming. To a new mother it would be very worrisome. Education is a must but do not make someone think they will have ppd.
