Cant even login to play the game. I am connected to wifi and it states that i am disconnected from sever even though i havent even played the game yet. This game has been out for months and still cant play the game.
This game has its merits but I still decide to delete it

To be honest, this game is cool and I did have a great time playing it for about two months. Although it is kind of old (Considering that it has been maintained in Korea and Japan for a few years), its graphics are nice and skills are well designed. However, there are some critical issues which finally push me to delete this game. Gears: At the time I write this review, the best gears are golden gears (gears with golden background and two growth property during level cap raising). It is either dropped directly by the bosses, or you collect tokens to craft them. I did hundreds of raids, and the drop probability is nearly non-existent (never got one there). For the craft option, If you are able to raid level 9 bosses, then you need 100 raids to craft one piece of such gear, with the possibility that the properties of the gear is totally trash. To raise the level cap one gear to maximum level (65 so far), you need other 4 same gears, which ends up 400 raids. If you want a set of such gears, you need to do 2000 raids in total. If each raids cost 3 minutes (if you do it quick), 100 hours have passed after you have one set. I even did not count the time for you to recover the entry counts, and the possibility that you found one gear outperforms the one you are raising cap right now! If the golden gear will always be the end-game gear, costing that much time is still OK for me. However, the recent changes on the heroes implicit that this may not be the case at all. Heroes: In the latest patch, the original SSR heroes are divided into two types called SSR and SSR+. One SSR hero could be totally useless before but over-powered now just because it becomes SSR+. If you want a stronger team, you have to spend your gems and resources again to these newly promoted heroes because you did not do that since they were weak previously. I even did not mention the super low rate of getting SSR from summoning (to the degree that you get zero SSR heroes after doing 10+1 summoning 10 times)! I could understand that The goal of the game company is fetching money from player’s wallet for living but this goes way too far for me. Activities: One good part of this game is that every time after the maintenance, there will be some activities with some rewards. The problem is that the same activities show up all the time (the only difference could be objectives) and the rewards are shrinking from time to time, which makes it not worthy spending time on them. Update: The development team asks for more patience - this is not what I concerned at all. Please read my review more carefully. No matter the time cost of getting a good gear or summoning, it is still OK. The real problem is about these newly promoted SSR+. These heroes are rarely seen (at least until Diamond I) in the arena. If assuming that top-tier players use similar heroes as lower-tier players and they are using same set of heroes to participate other contents, then these ‘new’ SSR+ heroes are not widely used before. Promoting them in this way just indicates that development group either do not care about the balance of the game (just check how op they become now) or they are just too lazy to create brand new heroes for this level while at the same time leveraging these forgotten heroes to bring more cash (since now you need to do more gotchas). In this case, asking players to be more patient is ridiculous. Anyway, it does not matter to me any more.

So I just downloaded this game and it keeps telling me I disconnected from the server

Game starts to crash and give a load screen and then gives a error code saying can’t patch. Fix and I’ll continue to play. Don’t fix and it’s goodbye

The game is fun and exiting at first, then you start to got into it and realize it’s just another Money hungry game. You buy some of the special pack it offers and unless you have great luck you end up spends $$$ to get sr meaning ordinary characters some sr are worth lvling but not a lot and that’s what you will end up getting. If you fill like wasting a month to find this out go right ahead. 5/5 at the start 1/5 later. Saved up 3300 gems it cost 300 to summon 10 units. If you were to buy that many I would cost almost 300$ and didn’t get 1 ssr unit. Waste of time.

I’m not quite sure if it’s the most recent update or what, but I just started playing this game and it’s extremely buggy to point of being unplayable. Having to tap the start screen 10+ times to start, terrible framrate during battles, and a point in the tutorial where I was unable to drag a character into a slot to advance. I don’t have an old phone either, using a XS Max.

I love this game. I've spent a lot of time on it and minimal money. but every time I open it the first two screens with developer names show as usual but then the screen goes black and I'm unable to even login or play the game. it's been like this for about a month for me. I'd really love for this to be fixed since this game is awesome

Decent game; however, you MUST be connected to WiFi in order to play. The most retarded thing ever for a mobile game.
