Tickets don’t go to Wallet

As many times I have tried to delete and download again, the tickets never make it to wallet and freezes the app. The latest version 63.1 is supposed to have fixed this. IT HAS NOT.

Bug Permanently freezes Wallet and iOS!!

In its current form the Oui SNFC app contains a fatal bug that permanently disables all access to Apple Wallet. Any attempt to add a trip to Apple Wallet permanently freezes all access to your Apple Wallet. Additionally, if you attempt to select “Wallet & Apple Pay” within the iOS Settings app you will permanently disable all access to settings within the operating system as a whole. The issue is entirely reproducible and critical with respect to both the app and the APIs it uses. It also suggests a security issue in iOS itself since no single app should cause a permanent OS instability. Neither restarting and closing this app nor restarting the Settings app will restore access to Wallet and the operating system becomes permanently compromised simply by attempting to add a trip to Wallet in the OUI.sncf app.

Not sure why so many net reviews and comments about American cards - maybe developers fixed all the issues I. No problem setting up account. For US you do need to put the +1 in front of your phone number as indicated by format. 2. Took my US Chase card no problem when manually entered. It could not scan the card, but that’s no big deal 3. I was unable to add someone as my “travel partner” - it said something went wrong. But I could simply add another passenger and it promoted me for name info later which worked fine. 4. I used the SNCF first to find what rain I wanted. When i said “buy” it flipped me to this app - not quite sure why i needed SNCF at all - but maybe easier trip planning

looking for good airline apps

I am in France but cannot buy tickets on the App because any cell phone number (a requirement) must have an 06 or 07 prefix. I can buy tickets on the English language web page and print them but I am not allowed to access the tickets on the App. No QR code tickets on iPhone and no ability to cancel or modify tickets. Basically, the App doesn’t work without a French cell phone #.
