Ce serait plutôt bien d’ajouter une double confirmation lors de la saisie de l’adresse mail. Je me suis trompé d’adresse mail du coup je nai pas reçu la confirmation de ma reServation.

I open this app once a month and every time I want to do something I get an error message and forces me to update the app. Don’t be in a rush to do something when this happens. Quite frustrating.

Constant issues, you can’t book a reservation while logged in to your account. This has been going on for 2 years now.

Sncf if you wish to sell a ticket from a foreign company like DB In Germany make sure you give the customer their boarding pass. Advising them to retrieve a ticket at the station like Frankfurt it is not only a waist of time but absurd and stupid. If you cannot offer this service please direct to the link like DB. A simple gesture to make you intelligent.

I am 67 years old and was able to do advance reservations for train travel in France before arriving in the country. I created a profile and had no difficulty paying for my tickets! Smooth.

Le site oui m à permis de Beirut de réserver en un clin d’œil mon voyage. Site super sécurisé tous les renseignements sont là Sauf COVID recommendations qui devraient être apposée avant de finaliser réservation pour inciter à tout respect des gestes barrières Merci
