Amazing accuracy

Athene35

Pat your AI on the head and give it a treat. It’s well-trained.

Good

More accurate than others I’ve tried. The speaker id in Pro is good but for some reason speaker one and two are turned into unknown when I export. Maybe I haven’t figured it out yet. It would be good to be able to export in word. While walking my dog on the creek this morning I was importing audio and Otter processed it while we walked. Nice.

Great but....

I love this app but it sometimes prints the wrong words. But, all in all,I love this app!

Amazing!

Evaluation Girl

I have spent thousands of dollars on transcription services so I decided to give a try. I’m in awe! It works! It was easily 98-99% accurate and it was so quick! This is truly a game changer for people who collect qualitative data and need an accurate and quick turnaround. I’m so glad someone recommended this to me!

Really?

Hopula

Start recording as half dozen staff gathers for a 45 minute meeting in the (Oval) office. Start the app (from a phone in the judges bench) at the swearing in of a witness then close when the witness steps down. Will the app provide a meaningful/ accurate transcript for later use? Any tests in such circumstances?

Lifesaver

I'm already impressed and I just downloaded this app.

PERFECTION!

RunyonChase!

This app has outstanding quality of voice recognition text and is quick too!

Very impressed!

Statw4ever

Incredibly useful for recording important meetings or a second pair of ears at a doctors office. 600 minutes per month is extremely generous.

Meetings are never the same

Always trying out new apps this one blew my socks off. I never forget what is said in my meetings. And now all our coordinators are using it too.

My conference buddy

Ever listen to someone speak and record it reference later, but can’t easily find the part you want to play back? Imagine you can. I can find what I need by searching through the speech. Take notes easy with highlight. Share them with my colleague is no problem!
