Just bought a Otc cloud by monster a couple of years ago. No longer supported. A lot of $ for 2 years.
Equipment is junk without an update. So much for customer support. Monster does not support it’s legacy equipment that requires updating.
Please please update the app u are a respectable company dont let your customers down
Hello guys So tell me do you intend to update your App so that we in the world of consumers can continue to use your products or not. You just can’t get us to buy your products and then drop us off on the side of the road. I know new products has been introduced since you started but the fact of the matter is I can past this on to my family to use. So please let’s get to the drawing board and get this done. Not updating this app does not instill confidence in your devices. Thanks
No software upgrade, company sold, device now sits like a brick totally disappointed with the company leaving customers dangling.
I tried to use this with my iPhone 8, but it doesn’t work with iOS 11.
Love the App and the device, but need update to work with iOS 11. As of right now nothing is working...
