I left Orion, it seemed like every week or two they had outages and I couldn’t login anywhere - app or web. Too bad because they’re a pretty good CU. Just got so annoying that they still kept paying this awful provider/core to do their online banking for them when they couldn’t deliver.

The only bank I know whose app and website is down for days at a time. Only way to see your funds is to call or go to the branch. This is ridiculous! I’ve received no emails stating that they’re working on it or anything. Just a broken, useless app

The list of transactions has not been in chronological order is months. I would’ve thought a fix would have come out by now.

I do not like the Orion app and at this point it’s making me not even want to continue banking with them. I can’t remember when the update occurred but I’ve been very frustrated since. For one, if you check your balance on your checking account you better actually check to see what’s available because it has a bad habit of reflecting two different numbers and it’s caused me problems with keeping track of my money. It doesn’t update as soon as you make certain transactions, so if you aren’t careful you’ll find yourself trying to figure out how you went wrong. And just recently I transferred money into my account that took TWO days to become available so I had transactions that didn’t go through. Then when it finally reflected, suddenly I’m missing money that I didn’t spend and I’m not seeing where it even went. Just all around frustrated with this bank and their app at this point. I’d be better off with Bank of America
