This app does nothing. I can not even see my bank balance. But now it gives me my credit scor which I don't want.

I keep waiting for them to fix this app, but they don't. The old one worked great. This is less than useless. It used to show my credit card transactions, but this new one doesn't. You used to be able to pay your credit card with the app, no longer. You used to be able to set date ranges, no longer. On many days, I can't even get into my checking account anymore. It just says "no transactions for the selected date". I've been a long time loyal member for many years, but after this "upgrade", I'm considering switching banks.

I understand the need for an upgrade, but this update that should have made things easier/more transparent set the banking App back about 20 years. We didn't have any access to any banking for an entire weekend so you'd think you'd be getting something stellar. Sometimes I can't log on. It won't show any pending transactions. How am I supposed to keep track of my transactions if I can't see them? Let's say I'm logged in and I look away for 5 seconds and my screen goes black from not touching it-I'm automatically logged off. Why do I have to log off and on 5 times in a 5 minute period. If you want it this way for safety reason, fine, but for the love of god can you use Touch ID to log on then?? Get with the freaking times MSDFCU! None of my other banks/banking apps are this decrepit. UPDATE AND FIX! PLEASE!

What happened to Mobile check deposit? We used to have the ability to deposit checks through the app and all of a sudden that ability is gone! It was extremely convenient and one of the most useful features of the app. Other than the ability to transfer funds I really have no use for this app now! The update set the app way back!!

The app stopped working. Call Merck FCU and they were aware of permission issues with users app and connecting. Bank stated they would send out communication when technical issue was fixed. That was over month ago. App still not working. Disappointed.

MSDFCU has been great to me for two decades. This app is simple and straightforward. The mobile check deposit feature has saved me countless trips to a branch. It never giving me a single problem...except....that I choose to use complex passwords that are impossible to memorize. I have been locked out of my account several times. Each time (usually after hours), I have to wait to contact the bank the next day and reset all my passwords. Please, please, please enable the Touch ID for this app. My fingerprint is much more secure and so much easier to use than the piece of paper with my password that I need to carry around with a ton of random characters. I pray that the next update will allow me to post a 5 star review for this feature upgrade!!
