Good but...

It is a good program but the manual is over 150 pages. How user friendly is that? Needs to be a bit more intuitive.

I've used other tools recently, and I'm in the process of switching everything to Organize. So far, it's a better app for me. Like the contexts. Really useful in my day-to-day. As another reviewer mentioned, It does take a bit of "figuring out" -- but once you're in, it's great.
Good, but could be Better

I like the app as it is well organized in its approach to managing projects. What I think could make the app better is making effective use of the "white" space in the task area. One use would be to provide a visual progress display in the task area. Right now, to see a task's progress one has to go thru 2-3 steps to change and monitor progress as it is not readily visible. I will give the app 2 more stars if I could open up the app and readily see the progress on all my task and projects- this would be more effective and efficient.

I really appreciate this app. I was losing track of tasks before I came upon it. "To-do" lists weren't cutting it for me. This has been wonderful, especially the dashboard and "review next steps." It's also very helpful to be able to associate things not only with projects but also with "contexts." There are many tasks which are just sort of "out there" without a start/end date, and contexts gather those tasks in and help me manage them wonderfully. I also really appreciate the support Thomas gives. I like the app so much I bought the desktop program. Getting an iOS to talk to a PC can be interesting, but Thomas not only solved my issue, he answered my plea for help within the hour. I was astonished...a real person responded, and with a solution, not an automated promise to get back to me within the decade! Many thanks for a great app! R Telfer

Organize is a great app. After looking into and doing a lot of research and trying a lot of apps, this one is by far my favorite. A great deal of thinking has gone into making this app. Interface is great. Contact with Thomas and customer service is great. Synchronizing with the cloud and between iPhone and ipad is great. Highly recommend this app.
Does much of what I need better than others I've tried

I need a product that will allow nested projects/subprojects/tasks/subtasks. This one does it, with all the essential add ons (due dates, assignments, notes, priority, start dates, context, etc) as well as the all important "review support." I'm still trying to learn how to make best use of Organize's preference for review dates over due dates. It needs some interface improvement to cut down the number of taps needed to update an item, but it already way ahead of OmniFocus on organization and effective use of the screen. I think it is a keeper, especially as I will be able to have my project manager do updates on the desktop while I am working via the iPad on the road.
