Never knows your membership type

I’m an unlimited member and every month it flags me at 8 sessions and I have to wait for a new billing cycle to be able to freely book classes. Frustrating since the point of the app is to be able to plan ahead

Not user friendly at all. Won’t tell you any important information: what day you renew on, how many classes you have remaining, if you go over and you are being charged. Just garbage!! For such an amazing gym you would expect a little bit more!!

So many glitches. Can never schedule anything on here. Constantly freezing. Even though the older app doesn’t have as many features at least it was a bit more reliable. This is terrible.


User Friendly? No

PLEASE FIX 2222

The app doesn’t allow you to look at ALL classes you have scheduled. Not sure who built this app but they forgot to include the ability to view all boiled classes and instead, base your personalized class schedule list based off of your last selected location search. Basically, if you’re a premium member, it can really mess up your premier membership if you want to book multiple locations!!

I never write reviews but this deemed necessary. I love the OT workouts but this app and communication with front desk staff led to me being charged extra for a class without being notified of the charge prior to booking. Some of the classes I attended never showed up in my app under “my attendance” because apparently I canceled the class when actually I was there. So there were a few classes that I attended that were not recorded in my app. I had attended my 8 classes for the month but it didn’t show it in my app, it only showed 6 because the front desk staff counted me as missing 2 of my classes when I was actually there. Since it only showed 6, I thought I had 2 classes left so I was trying to squeeze my last few workouts in for the month. So as I thought I was going to my 7th class for the month, it was actually my 9th but when I signed up the app never promoted me that I had already booked my 8 and that this class would be extra. The OT staff had it it their records that I had attended the classes but it did not match it on my app. This is very frustrating as a client as I would have never gone to that extra class if I had known I already been to my 8. This is part my fault that I didn’t write them all down but I assumed that the app would keep track of my classes even if I “missed” them. So for anyone using this app, make sure to write the classes down you attend somewhere and don’t rely on the app to keep track of your attendance. Thanks.

Billed excessively because of this app

This app does not recognize me outside my home OT. When I schedule other OTs I get billed a $30 drop in fee


App charged me for “ ghost “ classes

I feel a bit “baited and switched” by OTF , West Concord MA for 1. Not telling me they have a new version of the app 2. Having each front desk person tell me a different story on why I’ve been charged for extra classes. This is a failure of OTF and I will be canceling my membership soon
