Can’t see your level until your workout is done

The app works OK and it connects with the OTbeat, but you can’t see your color-coded level until you end your workout. So the app isn’t all that useful.

Won’t open half the time and many times it doesn’t show the booked classes. The OTF staff is bewildered.
Could use some simple upgrades

App is easy to use and book classes on, but could use a few simple upgrades. If they added an indicator for each class to show what the wait list looks like or if one class is fully open. Also- a simple tab on the app to view your performance summary. The emails we receive already show class, weekly, monthly and yearly totals.. so we know it’s already being tracked.

Though I love OTF... this app really make you contemplate canceling your whole darn membership... it's so frustrating when you are paying so much money for the premier membership and are told during sign up that you can book at any studio near you. I switch between 2-3 studios and I can only use the app to sign up for classes at my home studio... I've complained numerous of times for months and still no change. I've even asked for corporates number, but haven't received it yet as they want to try and fix it again. My next step is to complain to BBB and consumer affairs. If this isn't fixed soon I'm sure they'll be a class action suit against OTF for false advertisement...
