The optimum wifi in itself is a complete joke.... 99% of the time that my phone is on optimum wifi I get annoyed and just turn off my wifi.. it's 10 times more annoying then helpful

I live in mid Hudson Valley and trying to find wifi is a big joke. It even takes the finder a few minutes to upload and then it's on LTE. If you live down state, NYC or LI no problem but once you pass mid westchester line don't depend on optimum wifi. The worst part is the monopolies that only one cable company per area no competition

I thought this app was going to make hot spots available to me in the area I'm currently in NOT !!! It just shows a map of possible hot spots that u can't have access to #Useless

Right now I'm 63 yards from an optimum hot spot yet it wont recognize it. This happens ALL the time. So what good is the stupid app?

The app itself is good HOWEVER the actual WiFi it self is torable that's a combination of tearable and awful ?????????????????☹️????☹️??????????????some apps won't open over the crappy ? connection ?????????????????

I signed up for this thinking I can log on and still have full access. That's not the case. When I'm on this wifi my social media accounts, email, and texting moves very very slow if at all. I have it and it's hit or miss more miss than hit. If someone can help navigate me thru I'm open, however if this is it. Just like the title, "It Is What It Is?"
