This application refers you to WiFis that are not free. I am in xfinity territory and although when I am home they have access they only allow us access if we pay. It’s cheaper to use the telephone.

I live in a small ranch and my optimum WiFi. Is the worst. For how much we pay I’m disgusted and they should be ashamed

Not happy with this App. 1st I don’t know how it can help me and 2nd if I access a WiFi that is Optimum related my virus detector states it is not secure!! Please correct the App so users know how to use the App and get secure WiFi.

After crashing about 4 or 5 times within 2 minutes, it had the nerve to ask me to rate it.

The app is very slow. The program freezes because it is so slow. You have to wait for it to regroup before you can do anything with it. I’d rather watch paint dry. So I will delete this app. It’s terrible. For what we pay for your systems, there should be no freezes or slow operations. I will reinstall one day if it’s faster. For now no way. It’s junk.

What is piece of c.r.a.p. Slow, quits for no reason, cannot connect to the network when all the other apps are fine, maps are incomplete, scrolling the map hangs the apps while it tries to find hotspots... Terrible. Optimum should be ashamed for putting out such a terrible app, even if it’s free...

I need an internet connection to find an optimum hotspot so that I can use the internet??????? Trying to obtain optimumwifi is extremely tedious. Optimum_passpoint so far has been impossible to find. If it is showing on my screen and I press it I have “an incorrect password “.
