Absolute garbage app

It’s clear they couldn’t care less about this app. They sure advertise that you can watch from your device, but in reality this app is horrendous. They should be ashamed of the product they put out.

Horrible app. Keeps saying cannot connect but device is connected. Tried temp pw. Still no good. Only option where I live. Argh.

Since my cable service has been out all night, I finally decided to call another provider and sign up for service. I've been wanting to do this for a while. Thanks Altice!
Good source of watching TV on ur phone or ipad

The Altice one app is great especially when someone has taken over the TVs in the house I could just record it or watch it later or even do it in advice if I could I would give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Also u can control ur TV in this app if so happens u lose the remote which is very convenient so if u like saving time and have opumtim by Altice This app is for u
‘Home Network Disconnected’ Always! :/

App displays ‘Home network disconnected’ while connected to In-Home WiFi, limiting functionality and streaming to mobile devices to just “on the go” shows. It’s a major issue and draw back to the current version of the App. Verizon app was always able to connect, and even Frontier finally got it down. If this can be resolved the App would be more bearable.

I just downloaded the app and am trying to open channels. Im getting an error 35-1 for every single one. Im using an iPhone 6.

Overall I find the app ok but very annoying that it doesn’t work with screen mirroring on Apple TV. I guess they want you to have to rent a box, but has had the opposite effect on me. I ended up getting an HDHomeRun, canceling all boxes but one, so that I had more options for watching TV.

We put in user name and password, works on our acct. so we know it’s correct, but it says wrong username or password. No one can help us. Not happy at all with this
