Funds

This app I will NEVER use again it’s the worst I had money in there that was supposed to hit my bank account today and never did the customer service can never be reached .

No save by date?

Kelc777

I used to love Digit! But since the update I can’t seem to find a save by date for a goal. Maybe I am overlooking it but that was a huge factor of why I even use this app to save.

More than just a money saver

I had terrible saving habits. This app helped me save so much money without even realizing it! I recommend this to any and everyone! Thank you Digit !

Saves for those who don’t think they can

Honestly, this is a wonderful service. I set my account minimum, told Digit how much I wanted to save and how often and it does the rest! I’m currently half way to rent for next month, 3/4 of the way to a new computer and then there’s the rainy day fund (that thing is a life saver when you blow a tire and pay day is a week away.) excellent service, keep up the good work!

Frustrating

EffyAins

I originally reviewed this app almost a year ago. I had stated that I was upset with the $3 charge they were implementing and that I would probably leave. Well I stayed because I liked the app enough and I actually never even noticed a charge being taken out. It’s been incredibly helpful to me, I use it to store money for bills and such and has worked well. However now I have a new frustration. They seem to be taking more and more money out to save each time. The idea (so I thought) was to take small amounts out so that you don’t notice. $25 one day, $10 the next, $11 the next aren’t small amounts. When you’re already struggling to afford things, having amounts like that taken out on the daily doesn’t help. Do I still have the money? Yes, but now I have to wait 3 business days in order to get it back. I’ve multiple times now have had to transfer large amounts of money back because that was money meant for other things.

Tried to withdraw

Garnisyle

After saving for quite a bit I thought I’d ask from my rainy day savings. Withdrew $40 to get no money or even a pending transaction as if it just disappeared into thin air and there is no paper trail other than I now don’t even have it in my digit account!

Digit never works anymore

entreprenurialhomie

Digit never works anymore, and there is NO customer support by phone. The service is great, as well as the app, to an extent that I was even okay with paying their monthly fee! (As long as everything worked) For a month now, however, digit has been unable to connect to my bank, and there is no customer support team to help me out. Don’t use Digit! Please, for the sake of your nerves, go elsewhere for automated savings.

No complaints!

Super convenient way to set up and reach financial goals.

Easy so easy

Shouxbiedoo

I have never been a consistent saver! Money goes into checking and I would never move to my savings! In just a few short months I have saved hundreds with out thinking! It’s easy to transfer back if I need a little or all!
