You would think they would fix this app and the status after a year. The same ole problem, worthless.

App says to update, but the update is not happening. App support only opens the OPM website which is of course not helpful. Am I supposed to figure out which number to call to get App support?

Crashes, doesn’t load, settings don’t work. If they can’t fix an app how do you expect them to manage your healthcare?

It was pretty useful when I lived in DC. But in typical fashion, they seem to have forgotten that our government has offices and employees in all states and territories and across the globe.

Now, on my iPhone 11 Pro, the app just crashes upon opening. It goes without saying that alert notifications don’t come through either. The dev team is apparently moving at the speed of government with keeping up to date.
