I downloaded this app a week ago and I have yet to be able to use it. I click on it, it opens and closes immediately. This needs to be fixed ASAP

Just downloaded at the tip of a coworker as winter is coming up. But app crashes immediately upon opening. Makes it quite useless. Running iOS 9.1. Still no update to this app. Holding onto it in hopes that before snow season arrives they'll get it together? Maybe?

I use this app all the time in the winter. Please update this so I don't have to go to the website all the time or wait for the announcement on TV!

You say you are aware? Are you going to update the app? Myself as well of thousands depend on this app regarding inclement weather. Can you at least tell us if you don't plan on updating? It was an amazing great resource app until the iOS9 came out.
