Since latest update can’t access

Since the last update I haven’t been able to access the app. Even after deleting and reinstalling, I keep getting the error “we ran into a problem.” For days. Really frustrating.
Inconsistent login experience.

App is good. But their login is totally messed up across platforms. Every time, I've to create a new account from sratch to use the app. And their website does not have the capability to fetch stored passwords from the browser. Totally inconsistent login experience across platforms. I think one already made and 5 different accounts and that's still not enough
Redeeming points

My only problem with Open Table is that it is almost impossible to figure out how to use my points. The one time I “redeemed my points”, they disappeared from my account and I never was given a voucher or the $50 off of a meal! I know I have over 1000 points now but have no idea how to redeem them nor contact anyone to find my missing 1000 points that I never benefited from a year or two ago! Help Customer Service! How do we resolve this problem??? And NOW it’s ridiculous that every name I put in as my “nickname is taken!!! Ridiculous!!! I’ll try again some off the radar name ?

App is decent but search function is unusable. When I search for current location it always changes and starts searching in another counter. Absolutely terrible!

It’s just easy to use, has points system, and allows you to book pretty last minute. Best reservation app period, others have very few options.
