Smartstyle is one of the best salons in town! I have been a customer since 2005 and can’t see myself going anywhere else. Brenda is so awesome she makes time for her customers and everyone loves her! She’s exceptional, she loves what she does and loves her customers!

Every salon I see I need to call to book, why can’t I book from the app? What is this app good for? I’m going back to using google maps.

Salon did not receive the on-line reservation. Asked me to wait 80 minutes. Not going there again.

Pro: a place to view all Regis Corp salons in the area from one app Con: current wait times not displayed in app like the Supercuts / SmartStyle apps. Con: can’t book less then 15min in advance even if there is currently zero wait. (the native salon apps can do this)

Turned me away two hours before closing

Turned me away two hours before closing because they said they close at 7 and would not have enough time for a salon service. Scheduled on the app and Stated they would have called me but did not look my number up in the system.
