Ok I downloaded the app but all the “book now” are grayed out and do not work??!!! After reading other reviews, it seems this is because the salons are all closed now. Well if I wanted to book during business hours, I would’ve just called the salon!!!! What’s the point exactly? Trying to book for the morning but can’t book anything, at any salon, as every “book now” button is in a non-functional state! This app was NO HELP AT ALL and will be deleted!

It worked well enough to book an appointment and have a stylist waiting for me upon arrival. However there are a lot of negatives I found in the process of booking. You can’t book into the future. Only same day is allowed. It also does not list all of the available stylists that work that day. I believe it only shows the stylists that are currently working. So if I want to book an appointment with Sally who I know usually works on Mondays I can’t even book with her until Sally signs in at 4 PM. What good is that if I’m trying to plan my day at 8 AM? It also does not check you in when you arrive. Normally when I walk in the stylist asks for my name and checks me into the computer. Then when I leave I receive an e-mail with a receipt and also an e-mail asking for a review. I did not receive either after the visit that I made with this app. This app could definitely use some improvements.
