Terrible update

This used to be a great app, now it's terrible. The new UI looks amature and is now hard to navigate. I can't save any favorites, when I click the heart to add to favorites it looks like I just un-favorited it. When I go to my favorites there's nothing there. Looks like I'll have to find another app to get my snow info. Its a shame.

The app doesn’t open now. When it did, the changes made it difficult to navigate and find relevant info. Not sure why they ruined a perfectly good app.

As soon as the updated app is clicked, it force closes itself. iPhone 7, latest IOS.

Title pretty much sums up my thought. Was a great app and now is littered with ads, user reports are no longer on the top of the selected mountian. Doesn’t give detailed weather reports (example: it was raining when I was at Killington while looking at the app and the weather on the app said zero about any precipitation). Since they adopted a more aggressive ad format, people haven’t been using it and the user reports (which were one of the best features) have been few and far between. Was my favorite ski report apps, now I’m searching for a better one.

This app is awful! Nothing saves as a favorite...and it’s not user friendly. They made it way more complicated (and ugly as apps go). This is a HUGE step down to where they were. Honestly, don’t bother with this app...You can “google” ski mountains and places to ski way easier than this!!!

This has been my go to app for years and I deleted it a month ago. The ability to store my favorites and access quickly and effortlessly is why I used this app. Now it’s confusing and I can’t save favorites unless I pay? With the old version I would have considered it Not this updated version. Much will have to change before I consider an in app purchase. Trust and consistency will have to be proven first because the erratic and thoughtless changes made inspite of a great app. This leads me to wonder if the voice of the user was overlooked in favor of the desires of the developer.

Won’t remember your preferred mountains unless you log in through social media. No option to just login to the app directly. So if you want a list of your favorite mountains you are?out of luck. Worst update in history of apps! My guess is that they hired a new executive who promised he would increase their revenue stream. Instead he completely ignored the customer experience and just put revenue boosters where ever he could. Literally right from the login. Made the app worse in virtually every way I can think of. It now seems that they had to hire a full time person just to answer the nonstop one star reviews. That person keeps promising fixes but they are meaningless.
Adding resorts #impossible

Cant add any new resorts im interested in. This has always been an issue. Unless u have the exact name with punctuation or hyphen cant even get a list by state or country. Use to be easier now nothing. The whole menu doesnt even work. *knock knock!! Is this thing still on? Anyone home?
