New version is horrible. Wish I could go back to old one.

Full disclosure - I have used the previous versions of this app for many many years and it was-WAS-fantastic. It’s so useless now I am struggling to find a reason to not delete it. It’s depressing to see something which I relied upon for quality information to be such garbage now. Hopefully something better will come along and fill the void left by On The Snow... ?

The previous version was basic but accurate and useful. Whatever they did ruined it and I’m done attempting to use it.

“Update” ruined it

Have had this for 4-5 years, never update my apps because without fail they always are made worse. This one is no exception. I had 20+ mountains on my list and now after the “update” they are all gone. Will be deleting and finding something else, their conditions info has been way inaccurate anyway for awhile

This has been my go to app for many years, the latest “update” deleted my favorites list. Was just fine before. Another “update” that degrades the customer experience.

From great to garbage

This used to be a great go to app. Now it is basically useless. Went from extremely quick and convenient to cumbersome and difficult to use. I dumped it. You should move on and find something else.

Login Feature Still Useless

The most recent update was supposed to get rid of the login problem, yet it is still present. I have deleted and downloaded the app twice to no avail. Extremely disappointing.

I have yet to have this app be accurate about anything. Weather isn’t even close. Snowfall isn’t either. Pretty much going to go looking for something better.

guess the money making part of the app kicked in. in the processs it unfortunately kicked a lot of us loyal users off. the app was completely redesigned and is frankly unusable. as others have noted it feels like a mobile web app. what a bummer. absolutely useless now. another great app gone bad. total bummer.

I’m not sure what has changed, maybe the app ownership? Whatever happened, it looks like they did a full code rewrite with the focus on placing as many banner ads as possible on the app while removing all other user functionality. Powder Report no longer works. Have to register for favorites when that was not the case before. Yea, the app was too good to be true before. Really an incredible app- too incredible for being free. It looks like they are trying to monetize it now and it shows.
