Constantly shows me menu

Been using this app for a few years. Always seems to have hiccups of some type. Most recently, the app is constantly trying to show me the menu when I have just trying to view my accounts. The menu just pops up all the time on the left when I am scrolling. It also will occasionally & randomly crash upon opening the app.
Getting into my account from my mobile

It is really weird sometimes I can get into my account and sometimes I cannot. It recognizes my password and then it does not. Very frustrating and unnerving.

I really enjoy using this app so easy to navigate and accurate. I’m not surprised because I enjoy banking here and the staff at onpoint are literally on point. Happy lifer here!

I love this app, it takes you where you wish to go right when you open the app. It doesn’t waste your time if you want to digital deposit a check. Fantastic app I would highly recommend.
iPad app is great

The iPad app is great. Uses FaceID and Touch ID. The UI is modded really well over the web/iPhone interface. Prefer it to the iPhone’s UI and even their website for transferring money.
