I really like this app. It is so much easier to use than calling the telephone teller. I can check my balance and account activities at a glance. Makes depositing check simple especially during COVID 19 times.

The iPad OnPoint app is a dream. You can do all the things you need to do quickly and easily. The appearance is very similar to the website and that makes it easier to use.

Not bad for a credit union app, I guess. Needs to be refined. Online deposits is an area that could be improved. It’s difficult to hold the phone, aim it at the check, then snap the pic while keeping everything in the proper place. Make it automatic! When the check is properly positioned, the app should snap the pic automatically. Also, once I do the two-factor authentication, enter the code, and tell it to register the device, I shouldn’t have to do it again. Also, Log Off shouldn’t be buried in a menu. Every person has to do it. You make depositing checks easy by putting an icon on the Home Screen. Not everyone is going to deposit a check. But everyone is going to have to log off. Put an icon on the Home Screen and make it easy.
