Requirements
To use the OneLogin OTP app, you must have an active OneLogin account. This may already have been provided for you by the organization you work for. Contact your IT department if you are unsure or need information about your account.
How it works
Sign in to OneLogin at your company's custom URL (https://yourcompany.onelogin.com). Enter your user name and password. When authentication is successful, you will receive a notification on your phone or tablet. Click Accept, and OneLogin receives a one-time password to log you in. As an alternative, you can press Send OTP on the OneLogin OTP home screen or enter the OTP code manually.

I recently switched phone and when I attempted to login I was denied all access and now I can access any my account to complete my assignments
This is by far the worst authenticator app that I have used. When the pop up appears and I hit accept it does not sync at all with the website. This is very problematic since I require it to access my emails and student accounts for my college. Google authenticator worked far better before my college forced me to download this monstrosity. To make matters worse, the app unsynced with my account and I have no living clue what authentication code or barcode I need to input into it to get back into my accounts. I would never recommend this app to anyone, not even my worst enemies. I will forever regret downloading this app and rue the day it was created. If I could give it a negative star/ rating I would.
Loss of the watch functionality really impairs the usefulness of the product
app forgot account so I can't log in
Don't get me wrong the app works good and helps me protect my account. But I recently got a new phone and downloaded the same app and there is literally no way I can access my College account. Im blocked out and there is no way to get a new code to set up the new phone. Please Oneprotect address this cause i saw that I'm not the only person who complained about that.
I have to use that at work but this app is not working. It forgets my account so I can’t login.
The app works great, but when I finally decided to upgrade the app recently it wiped out my account. Didn’t expect that and kind of frustrating to have to set up device all over.
