Accidentally purchased phone service when I thought I was going to get to choose phone number. Can’t figure out how to get support from developer for refund. Not user friendly at all.

Soon as I open the app the screen freezes. Completely useless. At least the pestering rate the app option pops up to remind you to tell the developers how piss poor of a job they did. ?
