I love this app! It makes planning my commute so much easier. Being able to see where the bus is on my route is HUGE! You must get this app!
Only good if the bus driver checks in

Simply good for digging into routes you know. Google maps is far better for finding ways from point A to B. Nice to have another lens on metro but not a necessary app IMHO. Google maps bus status data seems to be pulling from the same data set and equally unreliable. Example: it's 9:51 next bus is scheduled for 9:54 I see in both Google Maps and OneBusAway. I arrive at busstop @9:55 there is a long line and apparent the bus either came way early or hasn't yet. I review both apps and they show the next bus is @10:18 running "3 mins early". @10:03 the 9:54 554 bus arrives. Neither Google Maps or OneBusAway show the arrival of the 554 correctly today. Almost took alternative transport options due to bad data and my tight schedule today. The reliability of this data set leaves much to be desired.
Love the idea, but data consistently wrong

I've lost track of the number of times this app shows multiple buses going past my stop, when in reality they are nowhere to be seen. Even when it indicates how many minutes they are ahead or behind schedule, they don't seem to exist. Conversely, I've had times when the app shows my bus 15 minutes away yet it rolls up right in front of me. Data is just consistently wrong.

Love this app. It helps me get around the city and towns while knowing which bus to take and when the bus will arrive.

I've been standing at my bus stop now for 8 minutes and the app keeps reporting my bus as 100 feet away, 80 feet away or more recently 0 feet away but no bus in sight. Please fix the status. This app is the biggest driver towards alternative transportation methods like Lyft. I get tired of waiting for a bus that never comes.

Use this app every day. It works great and gets better with each update. The only flaw is when there's no GPS signal from the bus. The scheduled arrival time vs. actual arrival time are way different for my bus transfer near the end of the line. Cannot blame the app for not having data from the Metro system.

This app could be so soo great but they refuse to clarify if a bus has actually come and gone or if it never actually arrived. Another issue is that it's "real time system" is not real time, in fact it slides with time so "will arrive in 5 minutes" could mean 5 minutes from now (what most people would think) or it could mean 5 minutes from the "scheduled time" the app says which also slides which could mean 15 minutes or later. If i showed up to a meeting 15 minutes late and just declared out right "I'm on time!!!" that doesn't make me on time, it makes me an inept liar. Update: just got off the bus for a transfer, 2 minutes later my bus no longer exists and have to wait another 20+ minutes. REALLY one bus away?

I love this app. I'm a student who regularly uses public transportation to get to school and around the city, and this app has quickly become indispensable. In particular I really like the live arrival/departure times and alert system.
Don't update it!

I just updated it and regret it. I used to always use the bookmarks but the boockmarks do not work in this new update. If you use your bookmarks don't update it.
