Won’t let me order spaghetti

App looks great but anytime I try to order spaghetti it says unavailable. I call the order in and it is available. Needs to be fixed.
To-Go Menus will not load

The whole reason I downloaded the app was to order online to pick up. The app freezes and fails when I attempt to load a menu to order. I get an error message and no Chicken Parm. :/
Very Poor User Interface

This is not a good app. I’ve known this for awhile, and worked around it by calling in orders instead. However, recently hold times have been so long I thought I’d give the app another shot. I instantly regretted that decision. The interface is unintuitive, and generally difficult to navigate. The animations are jerky, scrolling menus feel clunky, and many basic niceties of the iOS interface are missing. Some examples are: no credit card scanning, no Apple Pay, and I’m sure there are more. If Olive Garden wants people to order online, please re-make this app from the ground up.
Worthless app

Useless app! Can’t find a store that is 1/2 mile away. Every selection gets an ‘Oops’ message! Fix it or update to latest IOS or just delete the app from App Store. This is about the worst app I have ever tried to use. Just order the old-fashioned way: by phone or in person! Deleting app as soon as I leave review.

Put in order for pickup at 10:40pm. Took about five minutes to place order in app (kinda cumbersome and sluggish). By the time I placed the order it changed the time to 11. Didn’t think waiting 20 more minutes was a big deal. Guess I didn’t look close enough—Because it changed time to 11:00 *AM* next day. Confusion ensued at restaurant when I went in to pick up an order that didn’t exist (yet). Good food. Bad app.

Went around in circles for 5 minutes before deleting. Garbage. 10/10 would not recommend.
