When you press the button to order dinner, the app just sits there, regardless of your chosen meal. Nice work. Next restaurant, please!
Time estimates bad!

My time estimate said 5 minutes. When we walked in the door they said 30-40! This needs fixing!
Misleading "Join waiting list" section

If I can't do a party of 7, then why does the counter go up to 7 when joining the wait list? It said 7 on the list, then when I confirmed the reservation, it only showed for 2. I went back to look at it, and I'm very small print it adds, "for parties of 7 or more, please call...". Then they tell you thy don't do wait list reservations for 7 or more. The app should just say that, and not have me waste my time calling in, or even thinking I can do a party of 7 on the wait list.

About every 12 months or so, the develops of this app lose their minds and break it. Now we can’t order “to go” items as it throws an error every time. Nice job ?
Food great but a Drive by waitress

Food was great everything we expected. Waitress never spent more than two seconds of the table did what you had to do and ran off was difficult to find and it took us way too long to find someone to get our bill paid. Woman at the counter was nothing less than rude telling us we had to pay the server. Not coming back to this Olive Garden.
Pointless

The waitlist is completely pointless. You don’t actually get on the list until you show up no matter how many are in your party. Why even have this as an option? It just makes people more angry.
App is horrible and slow

This app is one of the slowest apps I’ve ever used. It’s apparent that the software design behind the app is written by a novice. It’s too slow. The app flow and navigation is outdated and overly complicated. I expected more from a professional restaurant chain.

I can use the app but under appetizers where you can add the dipping sauces that comes with 4 bread sticks is missing meat sauce. I see marinara and 2 other kind of dipping sauces but not meat sauce. We order that for extra sauce for our spaghetti but I have to put that in special instructions for them to add later. Upon another update if that is able to get added that would be great. Thanks!
