Don’t bother

App is less than useless. It doesn’t work with most sites and crashes often. You’re better off just loading Okta on your regular computer browser as the app is far from ready for any sort of meaningful use.
TouchID Errors Out After Not Signing in Past 2 Weeks

The touchid errors out if you do not sign in within two weeks. This is extremely frustrating because you have to retype in your SSO info.
Broken! Does not work well on iPhone

My company boasted how the OKTA app was great, not so. Constantly, wasting time re-logging in, full login and setup weekly. App totally glitchy in exchange jumping around while typing, looks it’s logging off or locking up randomly. Needs major overhaul!
Worthless to NU Students

Virtually does nothing for National University students. The Oracle porter is not accessible using this app on an iPhone. So what’s the point? Disappointed
Blackboard works. SOAR does not.

Blackboard works fine, but I prefer my computer. SOAR never loads. Can’t check emails or access the student center.
How does anyone retrieve their password on this app???

Love that they have enable touchID and seems to work well with all of my connected apps.
Can’t choose favorites

My company has forty apps in the app list. Nobody thought it would be useful for me to name favorites? Reflects the bare minimum approach of this app.
