App support would be helpful. Just directs you to a sales sight. Oh and let me just add.. you need adobe flash player for some functions which as we all know isn't available on iOS. If I could give this a zero I would

I like the app but on some pages the buttons are half under the blue banner and are unusable.

You have to enter http://yourcompany.okta, your user id and password every time you use the app. Plus you then have to enter another "verify" code on top of that. Not really any better than just logging into the 2-3 web apps the company uses. You would think any app like this would get on board with the times and allow Touch ID to truly simplify. So in this regard the okta app is a fail.

It takes for ever to authenticate sometime it does not even authenticate and it stays in the sign in page . App is worthless your better off signed on safari.

For months I've always gotten an error that says "network error unable to establish a secure connection to Okta. No matching public key found." Only when I delete the app and reinstalled it will it work. Been stuck dealing with that for months still no fix.

I've found this to be useful for checking workday, salesforce and a few other platforms while in airports or with limited system access.

Each app revision comes with lesser functionality... 1- used to have okta verify passcode import automatically from verify app on same device (gone) 2- used to be able to attach items to an email in OWA (Now the ‘working’ animation/wheel spins longer than you’re willing to wait) 3- timekeeping used to allow login (though clearly suboptimal, better than not entering my time until I have better access - gone) ... heck, we used to be able to login to a fingerprint protected okta app with just a 4-digit pin.... gone. This is a great app idea that has been hurt these last few update cycles
