This app used to be great back around 2013-2015ish....now they are asking for so much $$ so you can see basic activity. Most dont pay and they add a line at the top of the profile “I can’t see likes...” who is paying $50+ for a dating app in 2020????

The algorithm used to be pretty good. Now, our preferences are mere suggestions and the algorithm has been trained to show us random potential matches without considering what we want I took a long time to answer a bunch of questions and to indicate my preferences. None of which have been followed at all. It’s pretty ridiculous. This is a horrible app all of a sudden and you should take your chances with Hinge or Bumble.

Dear mr(s). Single, I want to challenge you to download this app, and truly give it a chance! This isn’t the fast paced swiping app that you are used to! (Believe me... I tried those). This app should be used if you genuinely want to delete it because you found your other half! I did! 5 years ago I met the love of my life online! Not the most romantic story, but I wouldn’t have met him if it wasn’t for this app. We had a long distance relationship... and if you’re afraid of distance...don’t be! Love is worth it! Trust me! Expand your distance settings on here and see what happens! Anyway, when it comes to online dating be 100% yourself! Answer the questions honestly!!! (If some make you feel uncomfortable then skip those... that’s okay!) Also, ladies... it’s OK to message first! I did! Sometimes you get mixed in the shuffle when it comes to online dating and sending a message can make you stand out! Go for it! Who knows... you might be messaging your husband! I am forever thankful that I downloaded this app! It changed my life! I can’t wait to marry the man of my dreams, and I’m still shocked I met him on OKCupid!
