Movoto works very well. And I love the fact that as you move it gives you available homes in your location at each point in time. I use the train every day and this is such an exciting feature.

I've been searching for homes using multiple sources- Zillow, Trulia, realty firm websites, realtor.com, etc. I learned that each source had different information on the same house- one would say pending while another would say off market, etc. An hour after my house was listed in the MLS, I googled my address and MOVOTO was the only site that had my house showing for sale. Ever since then I have used it to search for homes. I've found that the other sources I've used are slower at updating listings.

Movoto has been helpful in our Florida home search due to its dedication to updating the app. It reports how many days the home has been listed and gives the status, pending, new, etc. in the corner of the listed property picture. Very helpful site.

I've downloaded lots of apps trying to find that one house and this was the best so far. The app updates with new houses faster then all the other ones I've downloaded and it shows when a house is pending where as other sites won't. Love it. We found our house using this app!

What I like the most with this app is the fact that it is always up-to-date, for the most part faster than the realtor helping me with regards to a pending/on contract status. Most apps are very delayed in taking up the status. The pictures are properly detected, and most of the information are already there, that are usually common to MLS report. And of course just like any other app there are still rooms for improvement.
