No way to check tickets by scanning them.

Other states’ lottery apps allow you to scan tickets to check them. Why doesn’t this one? Other reasons for the 1-star rating: you can’t look up a range of dates when checking past draws, if you try to look up a certain date where there was no drawing it doesn’t suggest the next-closest date, looking up a particular past drawing makes it hard to go back to the list of recent draws, overall navigation feels clunky, and the graphics are amateurish (e.g. a roll of money with an axe in it)

I guess they listen to some of the reviews and seen people didn't feel they should need to make an account to check the lottery numbers still not sure if I like the app but I will try using it again

I would pay to get the old app back. I used it every day. I don't use this new app for anything.

This app is terrible often experience problems with updating daily numbers. Also complications with resetting passwords and emails because you won't recognize the email to reset your password!...not to mention you may not have even won that days frustrating enough.. would've rated it no stars but there was a problem with that also they won't allow you to so I gave it one star really it's zero

First off, as an avid lottery player, its shameful that a state like NY cannot develop an app that can allow you to check your tickets to see if you are a winner. Downloaded the app from other states and all have the ability to see if you won on your ticket. Secondly, what's the point of creating an account to check what numbers came out. Thirdly, please bring back the quick draw drawings. It's so much more fun to do it on your phone than having to stand in a store and watch the tv.
