Great shopping app for quickly placing an order. You can view your order history and easily reorder. You can change locations for store pickup if your usual location is out of stock. You can apply a coupon. Get this app!
Confusing & No Touch ID

Confusing directions on merging accounts, and was not prompted as advised to initiate/use Touch ID for logging-in.
Update fails app crashes

No longer able to use the app as it crashes at checkout. Complete fail and utterly useless now.

Says can access rewards from app, but cannot. App is great to see their weekly ad, useless for anything else!

I can now send a document direct to the app and pay via Apple Pay. Love it. It's much better than FedEx print.

I love the app. I love the store. You really need a back button on every screen giving us the opportunity to make the right choices and not start all over again. Including going back from the shopping cart.
I never receive any rewards points!!

I buy things at Office Depot, use my reward card, and never receive any of the points on my card. I asked the lady in Office Depot about it, and she just said "I don't know." Terrible. I need to find a new office supply store.
