I've got 3 apps. On my smartphone for buying and selling but when I learned about "Offer Up" I downloaded it and I have to say it was the smartest move I made because since having the app. I've sold more of my items on offer up then all the other ones combined. Thank you for such a awesome app.
App needs some improvement

I enjoy browsing the items, but the app frequently closes for no apparent reason. I have to reopen the app and scroll back through to find my place again. After 3 or 4 times, I give up and go on to another app.

Good app, simple to use. I like that I can communicate right through the app and don't have to give my phone or email. The only thing that sometimes challenging is to get to my messages or items for sale if the app is open and in search mode. It seems that the only way I can get to that initial screen is when I completely get out of app and reopen it again.

I really like this app and was glad when you finally added the option to post more than one picture. I would however like a button, like the one on 5 Miles, that allows me to boost my item periodically. The only way to get my items back to the top of Offer Up's list is to redo the whole listing. That takes too much time. I also wish there was an easier way to rate buyers and sellers. I don't always get a link to rate someone I've bought from and like this to be easier. I have had good experiences and would like to say so. And also those who don't bother to show up. I can report a bad user but others don't see this and could then end up with the same issue. It would be better to know ahead of time if the people you are dealing with are trustworthy. I waste way too much time driving to meet people who don't have the courtesy to show up.
